This came from "Championship Wrestling From Florida" in about 1983. Kevin Sullivan had turned into one of the most hated heels of all time on the show, with numerous other weird, nasty villains following him like the Purple Haze (Maniac Mark Lewin), Kharma, the Missing Link, Miss Luna (short for lunatic), the late Buzz Sawyer (as you saw near the end of this clip), and so on.
