Great video, but I tried it on a windows/Dell PC and I couldn't even type a negative in (i mean the literal "-" symbol), like it wasn't allowed... or there is no way a home will ever lose value.

I didn't get an error message, but the fact the calculator assumes growth more than proves your point.

Wow weird. I just tried it again on a mac and a PC and it let me use the minus symbol and the same error message came up. If you end up trying it from another computer and it works let me know.
