I dont want to take anything away from this film since I have not seen it, but does it not feel a bit like HEAT with a twist? No, Affleck's character seems to not have the same deamenor as DeNiro's, nor does Hamm's to Pacino's, but some of the cut scenes, along with the importance of the town (Boston v. Miami)... guess we will wait and see...

I read the book, there's no twist. A "twist" is a desperate ploy to try and up the intrigue value of an otherwise mediocre movie. Just a cheap trick that insults people's intelligence. This movie needs no twist. The book is good because it is GOOD. Not because it surprises you at the last minute. This isn't a cheap detective novel. It's the best thing I've ever read. If the movie lives up, it'll be incredible.

So, based ONLY ON THIS TRAILER: Ben Affleck is a bank robber who falls in love with the girl who was blindfolded throughout her bank robbery. His father bank robber dad is in prison,his bro is part of his robbery crew. Ben likes blindfolded chick, so he follows her to laundromat, falls in love, dumps his current skanky Boston ho, and wants to leave town with her, FBI/Madmen pursue, while his bro wants her dead.. This trailer gives the entire movie away. Hollywood suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.
