agree with smaller venue good idea hes out of breath ,words too short ? we all age it hit me im 47 this band was hot mid to late 80's man i was swigging down Cuervo rockn out to APPETITE I had kep buyn new cassettes wore them out i was pissed late 89 ? had 4 tix for Bristol,CT. LAKE COMPOUNCE venue i charged them very expensive i had real good seats they canceled last minute !NO REFUNDS ! I NEVER saw them oh well this guitar player not bad but hes not SLASH
Axl NEEDS to do some small club gigs... he'd get away with it now. Duff, Izzy and Slash all have... Axl should do a club tour most def... it would easily sell out and he'd be able to hone his performances a bit more. He'd be able to win back some of his fans if he did that... Scale things down a bit. Nothing wrong with doing that. Get back to his roots an' all... I think it would be something he'd be able to enjoy too...

My friends saw Axl in a tiny tiny TINY club in London about 2 or 3 years ago... there were maybe 50 people there in total. He came on totally unannounced... He had long plaits sowed into his hair... I saw my friends' photos and was like WHAT THE FUCK! You lucky bitches! Since then though I've met Slash just a couple of miles from my house at a guitar shop... =O)

He doesn't try to act and move like slash. yeah... sometimes his moves are similar... but onstage you don't think about what and how you gonna do next... it just comes naturally. and I think that's beacause he saw slash many times when he was young on TV. I play guitar to, and I don't wanna' copy slash, tough I'm a huge fan of him, but sometimes I just make the same or similar moves like him. I unterstand what you mean too, but i think, many people won't get over the old gnr.

@iAmJamzy Because big bands are based on casual fans who never even heard of the line-up change. They only see the band name, hear the same voice, so it's all ok. Plus VR isn't really alive now, they weren't consistent, a lot of solo projects and stuff. Axl now has his as well.
