My judo days are over due to back and neck injuries unfortunately but I'm definately going to try and ease some of the movements into my core routine.Thanks for posting.

wow those hanging bar hip rotations really "are the hardest to do". I found I start off with holding onto the top of incline bench and do the same motion. Its easier until I can build up to doing the bar ones.
wat can i do for flexibilty and ab definition im about 5'8 200 pounds i my upper body is easy to develop but i hate looking at the small pouch on my stomach help please!

Is it alright if I use a dumbell instead of the weight? It's about 3.5 kg.
But i'm 14 so the weight doesen't matter if its that low.
And how much do I do of each of these or how long?
