    My judo days are over due to back and neck injuries unfortunately but I'm definately going to try and ease some of the movements into my core routine.Thanks for posting.

  • great judo vids man. really, 5 stars. my core would get super tight if i did the stuff in your vids. iv been doing judo for 2 months. check out my channel and my judo vids. i think you might like them. i just got my sister to take some in-dojo vids of what we do. they're all vids of randori thou. peace out.   • wow those hanging bar hip rotations really "are the hardest to do". I found I start off with holding onto the top of incline bench and do the same motion. Its easier until I can build up to doing the bar ones.

  • wat can i do for flexibilty and ab definition im about 5'8 200 pounds i my upper body is easy to develop but i hate looking at the small pouch on my stomach help please!
