I plan to get the album but Get Your Boots On did not impress me. It sounded like a mishmash of U2 sounds from every era of the band. But you know it took time for some of their other albums to grow on me too... "Atomic Bomb" never worked for me so I have high hopes for this one.

For the person who said Bono's singing 'flat': no he's not. He's singing like anyone would when it's early in the day. Try singing mid-range early in the day, full out and see how it feels. Not so good. They rock and he has one of the best voices in the business. He's almost 50 and he still top his top register. They rock! Love them, always will.
