I originally thought it was an underground garage because on the top level it looked like it was on the street, and because it went from E up to A. Also there was a star next to A. (A star next to a floor button means it's the main floor.)

Nice elevator, but PTL sucks. In those buttons, I can immediately see a few ripoffs of EPCO. Those buttons seem very cheap and far from vandal resistant as well.
