You guys would likely appreciate Vos a lot more if you had seen that season. Notice Jay Mohr kissing his ring at the end? Vos chose to racketeer the votes to try and push through his own winner, rather than playing the game against more formulaic (and sadly more popular) comics like Dat Phan, who ultimately won when Vos's second, Dave Mordal, was voted out. He's a really funny guy in person and toned down his comedy quite a bit in order to appeal to the crowd, which wasn't his.

From what I've heard of Vos in the last 3 years he is funny on stage in a club with material but not so funny off the cuff. While he does come out with some funny lines every so often on O&A he's just nowhere near the level of a Patrice O'Neal or Louis CK.
