There is worse than this on the service road of the 520 in ville saint laurent, the place used to be an orphanage (you can still find the videos at the NFB), they recently renovated the place to become a prestige office building but it has yet to be rented out by anyone

I hear a male say "I'm here" at 0:42. It was probably just one of you but, I thought I would comment just in case it wasn't. I can also hear a growl at 1:10. At 1:43 I can hear a whisper say "stop". At 5:11, a male whispers what sounds like either "OK" or"I'm here". At 5:25 there is a very creepy,deep breath like voice but, I can't really understand what is said. When I watch these type of videos, I always listen with headphones and the volume up to try to hear any ghostly voices.

You have a very good sense of observation and a very good hearing. I also hear what you heard. I just cant give any logical sense to it. The only problem i have a very old PC ( something like over 10 years old ) and speakers that sounds like crap. I live less than 3 km away from this place. If you hear anything, this is probably in french. Maybe english as a second language. I often heard about this place as being haunted.

when i was in 5th grade (that would be in the early 90's...)my friend and i were on our way home back from school (leblanc,near that house)and we climbed the stairs that lead to the balconny(back then) in the back.i remember it was a mess inside(lot of dusted books EVERYWEHRE on the floor (it was strange) but then a guy passed in his car,saw my frind still in the staircase,made a threatening sign at him,made a u-turn and ran us down all the way to rue principal(main street!) we never went back!

My grandfather used to run a restaurant on the first floor since this was the main bus stop for St-Martin, Laval (Provincial Buses I believe). The family of 9 lived crammed on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor was rented. Any chance I can get a copy of the pictures taken?

It's claimed to be haunted. We caught a few things in the pictures, and some creepy sounds, but honestly... nothing that would prove to me that there were ghosts around us. So it's still a mystery. When it warms up, we'll probably go back and see if we can bust open the cellar.

What's crazy about this place is that there is no address. We checked all over. If you want to find it, take St. Martin Blvd, and it's right next to a huge church. It's completely dark so keep your eyes out for it.
Load of weird stuff in the pics. I thought it might be something explainable so I took the pics to a photo development place, and the guy couldn't figure it out. He had guesses, but he couldn't say for sure
