It's natural for the president's approval rating to go down when times are tough. When things go bad, blame the president. We're so impatient, we think he can fix all of our problems in a year or less. That being said, I do think he has been too ambitious in his policies. He's made decisions I don't like, but you get that w/every president.

It's natural for the president's approval rating to go down when times are tough. When things go bad, blame the president. We're so impatient, we think he can fix all of our problems in a year or less. That being said, I do think he has been too ambitious in his policies. He's made decisions I don't like, but you get that w/every president.
Palin's approval is certainly not going up either. While the notes on her hand were silly, my issues with her go much deeper than that.

In all honesty in the modern Democratic Party has no liberals. Most of them are 3rd Way Centrist Democrats following the ways of Bill and Hilary Clinton. The only real liberal senator America has at the moment is Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. Whose is a Independent who caucuses with the Dems. The true New Deal Roosevelt Democrats are dead.
