I was on auto pilot for about a year or so, didn't learn much...then I took lessons for a month, my playing jumped up considerably. Then I was on auto pilot again for a couple of years or so just using slightly more advanced books and advanced DVDs for a couple of years. I know a few advanced techniques, I can get down sweeps for quite a few licks and a few upsweeps, but there's several huge gaps in my playing where there shouldn't be. Maybe I should check this out to fill those in.

Nice to see some beginner stuff as opposed to the constant shredding you see a lot of even on dvds and such, that can put a lot of people off.

Ive been playing guitar for a few years and some of this stuff im not sure of, im very aware of how to play and stuff but do you think it would be good to look at for a touch up on the things it sounds like i missed as a beginner?

@theburnztwinz Hi there well Danny teaches right from the beginning. If you think there are some things covered on either of the dvds then yes the dvd would be good for you, by the sounds of it though you will know quite a bit. This is starting from scratch, so best thing we could say is have a read up on both of the dvds and go from there. Both dvds are sold separately. Links are available within the description. Hope it helps with your playing!

@joachimekstrom Hi there, we asked Danny - the neck is from a Vintage ESP , the body is from something he picked out, the pickups are a combination of Bare Knuckles and Seymor Duncans, hope that helps! His Strings are D'addario Super Lights 9.5 Gauge
