  • may God be with you always my brother

  • What a wonderful message...Open our Bible everyday and try to apply God's word....not only read but with action...God bless us!

  • Thank you God for my gift from you after many years of Strong faith in You! Joel 2:28

You have given me the ability to reach thousands of people and then see the beauty of them seeking you and accepting you as their saviour! In you there is only light and never any darkness. Relentless Faith in God is Powerful with Love!

  • yep. good vid.

  • blessed ^^

  • Very good points!

Thank you for standing for the truth.

  • I 100% agree that good works are the RESULT of faith/grace. But it's my LONG time experience that when I start to FOCUS on my works, I begin to lose exactly that what produces them: faith. Because faith in grace results in peace, love, joy and then I automaticaly do what is good. When I focus on works, I start depending on that and that produces pride and/or depression/fear. I know how weak I am, that's why Grace sets me free. And that then produces good fruit/motivation.

  • @menno000 it's still important to realize that God does not compel us to do good works when we are saved by His Grace. We still have a free will to do His Will and obey his Commandments OR to ignore them. Does every Christian who sins against God's Law have dead faith ?? Surely you do not this so. "Not everyone who says to (Jesus Christ], 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven" Matt 7:21

  • faith without action is DEAD :) Godbless :)

  • our good works is only the post effect of the redemption that we gain because of the grace of GOD that captured us when we are undeserve before the Lord

  • hahaha this was on the related videos to bad religion???

  • just to get a little more detailed on what was going on in the scriptures at the time, there were people who had literally stopped working because they were just waiting on Jesus to come any day for them. and paul was correcting them, that they should continue working in the mean time instead of turning into 'Jesus bums'. that would have been really bad for Christianity.

  • SO WHAT DOES THIS VERSE MEAN

    Romans 4:5 (King James Version)

5But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

  • @530HELP that verse means that a christian does not do his own works. He believes Christ is doing it through him. Therefore "he" the person Paul is talking about has no works. But faith is the faith in Christ doing it all through us. This same concept holds true in regards to the sabbath. we have entered into rest (Christ) and are yoked up with Him. Being a Christian is a partnership (fellowship). We move with Christ. But we wouldn't know what to do without Christ. we can do nothing without Him

  • faith without works is dead amen brother Lord help me

  • should a LORD of rest and comfort demand labor no but he welcomes it

i give when it is good

i speak to others of JESUS when asked

i do not plant in another mans field nor take cattle when he is not looking

the KINGDOM is as a tree planted how does the farmer know the labor of a tree he may water it but so does the CLOUD he may add fertilizer but did he make the Earth.

do your part and show the Fruit

hope charity faith love be a cheerful giver of the truth in CHRIST our Savior

  • Reconorder,

    Amen. Matthew 10:8

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

  • Mal 1:6 A son esteems his father, and a servant his master. And if I am the Father, where is My esteem? And if I am a Master, where is My fear? said יהוה of hosts to you priests who despise My Name....

Mal 1:8 And when you present the blind as a slaughtering, is it not evil? And when you present the lame and sick, is it not evil? ...

Mal 1:14 But cursed be the deceiver who has a male in his flock, and makes a vow, but is slaughtering to יהוה what is blemished...

    HalleluYah.

  • a worker is worthy of his wages

  • well this makes sense......

  • this video is supporting the five points of calvinism really tulip

  • What kind of faith saves?.....a working one & that is explained in James 2...2 Tim 3:16-17 shows that the word of equips unto every good WORK

  • since when has cristianity worked?

i think the first split came about 15 minutes after jesus died on the cross and its been breaking apart ever since ...

  • this is actually a video what supports the view of the five points of calvinism

  • Amen!

  • We must have works of obedience TO BE SAVED! John 6:29 says "believing is the work of God." Col. 2:12 says "baptism is the work of God." We are not saved by faith alone according to James 2:24. We must be obedient to God's commands: believe(John 3:16), repent (Luke 13:3), confess (Rom. 10:10), and be baptized FOR remission of sins (Acts 2:38). Only those who have been baptized INTO Christ, can be called "sons of God." One cannot just "accept" Christ to be saved-Even the demons believe-James 2.

  • How many works must I do to be saved?

  • @x2bnex2me All of them.

  • perfectly put

  • powerfull testimony , brother . God bless you ...COLOSSIANS CHAPTER 3: 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. ...love in Christ , bro Ron

  • Calvivnists make a lie of God's word because they are never born again in the first place. That is why they could not understand the scriptures. They want to believe and have faith in him alone, but they donot want to turn from their sins or accept Christ as Lord of their lives.1john5:11-12."And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life."May the Lord name be Honoured!Amen!

  • I have seen a video by Paul Washer which is titled "We Have Forgotten That The Way Is Narrow" , and he speaks against the false teaching which has crept in and the misunderstanding of the teaching of the sovereignty of God. It is a good video, and I highly recommend it. It speaks of false converts and tares which truly are not saved to begin with. Washer speaks against certain ones who trust in a decision they made, and not trusting truly in Christ and show evidence of such trust by repentance.

  • Glory be to God!

  • One of the things in discussion is Justification by faith only. Romans 4 is used as an argument. Here is something interesting in Romans 2:12: For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

13: (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

  • Faith is an action word in hebrew. It is poorly translated in our english bibles. In almost all places, it should be translated faithfulness which means you are adhearing to what God said to do (following his word).

  • Right, and the ONLY way we can DO what God says is by His power, His Spirit within us. People who have not tasted the power of God can not grasp this. People who have not truly been delivered and set free by "the Son" can not grasp this. The New Covenant is all about being the people of God by faith in Christ. Faith in Christ means Him in us and us in Him by FAITH that God gave us.

  • I think people always forget that even the demons believe but what do they do and what is their future? So, belief alone is not the answer.

  • James 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

18: Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

19: Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

20: But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

21: Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

  • Did you know there are many "Calvinists" who are saying the book of James doesn't belong in the bible? Then other Calvinists will condemn them for that and call them "heretics". But what does Calvinism lead to? Just that. All Calvinism might as well throw the book of James away. They don't listen to it anyway. Calvinism = Heresy.

  • I haven't looked to much into what many of these others denominations believe. I can see why they would want James thrown away. It disputes some of their belief. Guess they forgot about, let God be true and every man a liar.

  • tithe5th,

Amen brother! The word Calvinism gives me the ebby jeebies.

  • Check out Hebrews Chapter 11 as well. It verifies everything James says in James Chapter 2.

  • refreshing !

    :)
