My dudes sick workout , just watch your knees bro if u stretch out your lateral gastrocnemius you can prob start to fix that also if you strengthen your adductors it could also help. No disrespect at all cuz lets be really that shit was harddddd, just don't want you to develop knee pain as a fighter you need those a little.
lol i meant cringe as in it looks painful man! Theres a guy at my ju jitsu class who kneels naturally with both his feet out to the side like that... i cant even look at it haha
I like this one better than the first. Only thing id do diff is hit the pads full power when kneeing. the guy seems to just be tapping it. and as bas ruten says... if you train to fight then you train how you fight. And i dont wanna be getting used to tapping a pad i wanna get used to smashing it. Good vid though
this is good for strenght and conditioning only not to teach to to do MMA which would include jiu jitsu, muay thai, wrestling, and any other art you decide to put into your game. do this just to work out :) and if weights is your thing then do what you do pimpin.
we do most of this same stuff from this and the first video at my mma gym every time to warm up before we start practicing technique and it does get you in really good shape
He wouldn't last a lightkick match...he's far from mma material...

Looks like a decent workout. Is one required to wear a stupid hat while participating?
unrulyrascal 3 years ago
actually yes. part of the workout requires you wearing a hat. Thanks for inquiring
