Me and my buds wait for them to beach and rush them and try to hook the small ones with our 1/2"ebar gaffon a chain hooked to my buds 4 wheel drive. We got vids of him pealin out and draggin them up the hill!WE cook them in a pigroaster much as you would pork. The young ones are more tender and take less time to cook. We do this about 6 times a year! What a hoot! The video has one thing wrong tho, sometimes they beach on their left side.
