Doing some research into the candida-asthma link. Yes, indeed a raw food diet CAN help cure asthma, but not alot is mentioned about what really causes asthma in the first place, most believe it is allergies..well, something really "clicked" with me when I read that candida is the cause of asthma..so..being on a raw food (anti-candida) diet can cure asthma, because it is curing the candida first (the cause), so when the candida is under a healthy control, the asthma goes..

I find that apricot kernals and sulphites in some wines can still aggravate my asthma. I am still not completely asthma free, but dramatically improved with raw food diet. I found that dairy products and beer can be the worst offenders.

My kids love your intro.They go crazy over that butterfly cause they just got through doing a study on them. So they start screaming "Hey Mom, Its the Monarch Show"
