dude you wouldn't increase your buffer size, you would want to decrease it to get lower latency. Learn your own crap before flaming on someone else....increasing your buffer size reduces cpu usage but increases your latency from your hardware to your daw.

da lateness is called Latency. i had the same prob.. u fix it by going to Options-Audio and u should see da name of ur sound driver and a bar da has a x amount of ms (Milliseconds) under it. the lower that amount then the faster the reaction is. but dont make it too low or u will start hearing distortion cracks. set according to ur computer. just fine tune how much and then u will get it right and u wont hav da lateness..
