Arnold was taking Dynabol(Steroids)in the 70s Doctor supervised in low dosages. Also, Dynabol compared to todays steroids and HGH are a very small drug and nowhere near as effective, not to mention the fact the supplements that are available today that Arnie had no access to whatsoever back then. Arnold said something, that I can't qoute, but he said that he didn't even use 6% of steroids that are used today, he only did it to get in top shape, and not to lose any mass during close contest preperation. But I don't care that the new guys use roids, people want a show, give them a show! But roids aren't everything, if you've ever watched them train, not many people can do that, and have that dedication, yes they use roids, but they go to the gym at least 3 hours a day, 6 days a week!
