this game's SHIT, compared to many other games that came out in 2000...like Septerra core (1999) and it had much better graphics and storyline..as well as the gameplay....its graphics looks like a game that I used to play in 1995-1994 lol

@Alanadoredor D2's graphics is artistic, the fullscreen RGB effects are still nice, and it has the atmosphere which was not in other games like Septerra core, yes the story is simple, but is the gameplay bad? yes it has bugs, but its absolutely not bad..., if you dont like hack n slash, then its ok, but you seem like a diablo hater... there are a lot better old games than D2 like Divine Divinity (2002), but i think D2 is still the best in its genre.

I'm not a huge fan of hack'n slash, though i'm getting into it lately...you seem like a diablo worshiper mate lol...perhaps I shouldn't have called it shit, but I still think the graphics and the story line were quite poor for its time....and any gamer that doesn't have biased views knows that....though the soundtracks were really nice....I think D2 got popular for other reasons, like the voice, and battle system

One of the things that "I" don't like in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction is how, everybody pretty much has the same old uniques, runewords, and etc. We didn't have this problem in classic D2, since rares were the best most of the time, and for the most part, there was always a possibility of something to drop that would be better than the rare you already had on. Uniques and stuff, have predetermined stats with a few that vary, but still the same stats with more or less points or percentage on it.

Just bought Diablo 2 LOD today, just becuase so I can play with my brother who had the game since it got out. (He didn't play all the time lols) We Tristrunned over 10 times, and many, many people joined. Very many people still play this game, at least on Europe servers. (non-ladder)

I got WoW too, but this "old sk00l" style is awesome, even tho I level at WoW at the time.
