In skyrim, I tried to kill 2 giants and 2 mammoths in a camp, when a dragon comes. I was overwhelmed when a band of bandits, a pack of wolves, and two sabrecats attacked, it was the most epic battle I had ever watched.
I had the bug where you kill a dragon and then the skeleton gets up and flies off and you have to kill it AGAIN. At least it's more fun than most bugs.
If you go into the Labryinthian(or however you spell that), and go inside the dungeon(college of winterhold quest only im pretty sure) you fight a skeletal dragon a little bit in! It's really easy to kill, and is surrounded by a bunch of skeletons, and I think one was riding it lol. I just fought it.

Idk who does or does not know but random dragons appearing is actually part of the game. The game also has different kinds of dragons that show up according to your lvl. There also can be more than one attacking you simultaneously.
Lol. I had the same thing happen to me. Had a dragon die without absorbing its soul. Went back later to fight its revived form, absorbed its soul partway through the fight. Only got the screen recorder up after all this, and then it flew off for no good footage :(.
This happened to me XD It was hilarious cuz it landed, its skin melted off, it gave me its soul, and then proceeded to kill me as a freaking skeleton XD It sucks that you cant kill them when it happens..............Skyrim is screwed

It is a glitch, because Skeletal Dragon's are suppose to be flightless, while it's true that they mostly spawn in Dungeons there are times when they'll spawn above ground, but they'll never fly. Therefore this must be a glitch.
Befor the patch I had an elder Dragon fly n on me. As it was landing I absorbed the dragon soul and had to fight the skeleton. nice video, glad to see it wasnt just meseeing stuff.

i've only heard of the skeletal dragon that appears inside Labyrinthian, but i read somewhere that interrupting a revival can leave the dragon as a skeleton (but it is not clear if that is what's supposed to happen or if it is a glitch).
This happened to me, I was fighting a regular dragon and then he breathed something onto the skeleton of a dead one and it brought it to life, its kinda like when you use the reanimate corpse spell cause after I beat the regular dragon the skeleton dragon just died.
@haakonwale That grave was from a previous kill, maybe I should have mentioned that in the description. Also, I usually don't have a problem with killing dragons. I think, I was going for a cinematic view. Trying to get as much footage of the dragon as possible, thus not focusing on the fight. On this character, I play on whatever the default difficulty is. Thanks for your comment, I hope this cleared some things up.
@TehWave Yeah, I understand that you may have had a little harder time against him if you where trying to get as much cinematic footage as possible and, atleast I think, that it is really (or atleast alot harder) hard to use the bow in 3rd person. But you should dual wield Daedric Waraxes. Then you're a killer! Then I guess you play on adept. The difficulties are Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert and Master, like the lockpicks. Yeah, it cleared some things out, except the weird skinless dragon!
@haakonwale Thank you for the advice, I'll try to get a pair of Daedric Waraxes. And yes, I fear that "the weird skinless dragon" is forever a mystery to us. ;-)
@MagusKain I think that's mostly for bragging rights, since I have only improved my weapons to "epic" on the grindstone and I have no problems against anything in the game anymore. No enchantments and I have like 15 in alchemy, so I haven't used any potions either to improve my smithing.
This happened to me too. I saw a dragon on top of one of the shout stones and decided to sneak to it. Without even touching it, it just started bursting into flames (the skin started burning off) until it was just bone. I'm like " holy cow, I'm so ubber the dragon don't even wanna try me!" but... I was wrong. I stopped sneaking to read the shout stone only to be welcomed by the screeching sounds of the soulless, skeletal beast's roar.
Needless to say, it was an epic (yet short) fight for him.

@Leongkm2 xbox version is buggered worse than the PS3 version. I don't know if they fixed the xbox "random save game delete" bug yet.. so if you ahve a chance...
@NitroReviews no, you don't get a soul from this. this is a dragon who has already lost its soul while still alive.
its a bug, i've had it happen too. You get this when you kill a dragon, but do not come close enough to devour its soul. If you encounter it again after it respawns then the game will let you suck out its soul if it gets close enough, even though it is still alive.
It happened to me too. I was traveling by horse in the beauty world of Skyrim when suddenly i saw a big Dragon flying to the north.. i followed him and noticed it was Alduin, who "revived" a skeletal dragon.. At first i didnt try to kill him because i thought it wouldnt hurt me but after like 2 minutes it became a "real dragon" (a living one) so i killed him and absorved his soul lol
PS i dont think is a bug.. maybe it takes a longer time to revive a dragon completely
I was fighting a dragon for a bounty quest for Windhelm, and it turned into a skelton from a normal dragon while i was still fighting it, i absorbed the soul, and the dragon was still flying around and attacking me, only now i cant do any damage to it, so theres just an immortal flying skeleton dragon wreaking havoc in these woods and i cant turn in my quest rofl.

@vikocho123 I really don't think this is a glitch. They don't model the actual bones of each character. All that they model is what you can see. This looks like a fully fledged well modeled enemy.

Just outside of Helgen I saw a skeletal dragon walking around/lying down/breathing and then as I approached it, it glitched through the ground. I WANT TO BELIEVE THESE ARE REAL SO BAD.
What is your channeled centered on? I liked the walkthroughs and gameplays the best, but I don't like the clips of things that much besides this and the Battlefield 3 suicide bombings.
@HovarProductions It's something I constantly think about. Whenever I feel up to the task and have the time, I'll do walkthroughs & playthroughs. Between those, I try to fill the void with whatever I find worthy of an upload, which in this case, is something I found in Skyrim or a cool moment in Battlefield. In the end, the channel is focused on me playing a game. Is that a good enough answer? I'll gladly elaborate.

That was a dragon Alduin had just revived. The skin hadn't grown back on him. Not a bug. You walked into his grave at 1:03.
btw, what difficulty do you play on? I kill dragons in 3 hits on expert difficulty and you had real problems against that one. :p

@TehWave There are skeletal dragons. I have fought them before. There is a quest based one during the Magic College.

@vikocho123 I really don't think this is a glitch. They don't model the actual bones of each character. All that they model is what you can see. This looks like a fully fledged well modeled enemy.

@fallingfromjupiter well but in-game the real dragon is called "Skeletal Dragon" and it doesn't supply dragon soul, also it only drops dragon bone....

The only skeletal dragon i know of is in labarinthian. I dont know if there are any more than that one though :(

Just outside of Helgen I saw a skeletal dragon walking around/lying down/breathing and then as I approached it, it glitched through the ground. I WANT TO BELIEVE THESE ARE REAL SO BAD.

What is your channeled centered on? I liked the walkthroughs and gameplays the best, but I don't like the clips of things that much besides this and the Battlefield 3 suicide bombings.

@HovarProductions It's something I constantly think about. Whenever I feel up to the task and have the time, I'll do walkthroughs & playthroughs. Between those, I try to fill the void with whatever I find worthy of an upload, which in this case, is something I found in Skyrim or a cool moment in Battlefield. In the end, the channel is focused on me playing a game. Is that a good enough answer? I'll gladly elaborate.
