When do Peace Officers have to mirandize suspects?

Another great video. I have been arrested many times and never had the miranda rights read to me, even after being booked and questioned. But I never talk because I am well aware of rights. It is my responsibility to know my rights and I would be a fool to think that these cops, who are violating peoples rights on a daily basis, would be responsible for informing me of mine.

Alright... Supreme Court says: "Cops can manipulate the way they give the Miranda rights." Simple solution... NEVER TALK TO COPS

@NETWizzJbirk That's what I've been saying for quite a while! Nice to see that there are others out there who know their rights and have a brain. Like you said, NEVER TALK TO COPS EVER!!! Also, be careful what you say or do when sitting in the back of the police cruiser because you are being video and audio recorded there too...
