I'd give the world to meet this women. Can't believe shes in her 60's! 1 of the most vibrant & ALIVE people I've ever seen. All my life I've felt connected 2 energy awareness & got called nuts by my whole family. I couldn't care less because I know she is intuitive and more aware than any stuffed shirt Dr. I use EFT & other energy techniques daily. In fact I've never felt better since using them. EFT helped 2 get rid of over 20 yrs of traumatic nightmares & depression ~NO MORE PILLS!

I had already read her Energy Medicine book a couple of years ago, and have been doing her "5 minute daily energy routine" on and off for a while. Energy Medicine for Women, however, has chapters on hormones and weight management that are really helpful. I've subsequently altered my daily "energy" routine and really feel the difference. I highly recommend her work.
