They're both great games, but imho Vindication was better. It has a better variety of cars to choose from, better graphics, better car control, and overall just a better storyline. But that of course is my opinion, so I'd recommend trying them both.

Gangstar Rio: City Of Saints is the 5th and final installment in the Gangstar series. People had speculated that the 5th Gangstar game would be in New York or Vegas but on June 28th, 2011 it was confirmed that the setting was Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and that it will be the final Gangstar game. It will be released in 2011 sometime. It's now in Beta stage :D
