Wow. And here I thought I was the only one who hated Baby Daisy. Matter of fact, I hate all the baby incarnations. Except Baby Peach, since she's the only one I would use.
I like Baby Peach, yet don't like Adult Peach that much. I love Adult Daisy (hell she's my no. 1 racer overall in this game), yet I loathed Baby Daisy. Go figure.
Aw...you didn't have to submit yourself to THIS level of torture Bpblu.
(I'm sure this may get thumbed down if people read it the way I'm expressing it.)
Mario Kart Wii is my least favorite of them all, and is the first Mario game and game overall that I've returned to the store, Twilight Princess was returned at the same time though. Sorry for down sizing the game like that, but it was too annoying and it had less than Mario Kart DS. A sequel should NEVER have less than a predecessor.
But hey (STUPID 500 CHARACTER LIMIT!!!!) the only point I'm trying to make is that a sequel (especially this far ahead) should have more than the previous. It's definetly an okay game as a stand alone, but I'd perfer 64, Double Dash, and DS to it any day. You can feel free to enjoy it though. Sorry if I sounded negative.
To each their own, I suppose. *shrugs* I really don't see the problem with this game. I really don't. Sure the items can be cheap, but it doesn't entirely mean that it takes luck to win. Go online and you'll see PRECISELY what I mean.
Actually, since Double Dash, I really cannot get into Mario Kart 64 anymore. I just... can't. *shrugs* Oh well.
Actually, the Items mainly did it for me.(though the courses were bland and the music didn't sound Mario-esque). Online just reminded me. The items were too cheap, even if I won a lot, it just wasn't fun. Uneven Character/Class advantages (compare to the DS version), CHEAP ranking system, and lack of free for all battle and inf. races also contributed. Again, it's a decent game on it's own, just when comparing it to the others, the flaws are pretty obvious. I feel bad for downing it though.
Actually, I really regret bringing this up when you hosted this video. I feel like a jerk for doing that. If you want, I can just remove these and we can forget the whole thing. Sorry, the game just left me with bad memories, but it wasn't necessary to down size it when you just enjoyed it.
