if your truck is a 2wd, then just loosen off the torsion bar adjustment screws, and put some drop blocks in the rear. for my brothers 2wd truck, we lowered it a LOT haha! we pulled leafs AND used 3" drop blocks.

it was so low, we would scrape over speed bumps haha!

it had a small coolant leak in the rad, so we barrs stop leak'd it, and it plugged the engine, blew out the block heater, puked out all the coolant and seized the motor.

@analog56x so we took my 4.3L and t5 transmission out of my s10, and we're swapping that in. i have a video of it on my channel.

and on my s10, im putting dodge ram dually drivetrain under it and then finding a 6bt cummins to put in it :)

Well it depends on what your putting the V8 in, how much room you have lots of different factors. I used the stock manifold they worked out great for me.
