  • Nice shot Aaron !

  • They have to kick from directly off the ground in the NFL he is kicking off a tee. still amazing tho

  • it was 63 yards!! 10 yards for the endzone, plus another 50 for the field and another 7 yards for the snap, the ball is on the 3 or 4 yard line.. Add it up RETARDS!!

  • whats with the wait at the beginning

  • thumbs up for the amazing voice crack at 0:52

  • it says 56, view poser!

  • why are u using a tee but that was a good kick

  • @kruzen99 everyone one uses tees

  • @vanilli37 theres no rush at all on him. none.

  • Lol laaame. He's using a field goal block. I'm a highschool sophmore kicker, and we use kicking blocks. I max at a 50 yarder off a block. And im 15. College and NFL kicks off the ground. Plus no wind in arena football so it's alot less skill

  • the people say 56 yard field goal wtf

  • What's the difference between nfl and arena football?

  • @YouFurg the arena is 50 yards instead of 100

  • listen to the voice crack at 0:50

  • arena football is pretty gay

  • @LeAndrohalfmexi obviously there are millions of people who disagree with you because its lasted for 23 years.

  • @slydawg221 in all fairness they did it right and that's the only reason they last. They didn't try to do what the USFL did and play at the same time as the NFL. They play Arena football on when NO OTHER football is on and that's why they last. People want football year round

  • its 56 yards lol not 63

  • @redcattex drrr... when you kick a football, you don't kick it where the ball was down... you kick it 7 yards behind the line. So 56+7= 63 yards. Learn math bud.

  • @noobhealz402 oh lol im so stupid

  • I remember when I KICKED OFF OF A TEE...it was in HS. Can't believe they allow this in a professional league.

  • @vanilli37 lol well it would have been harder if it was blowing any other direction (into, left to right, right to left)

  • wowww. thanks for posting this.

  • this is bs because A TEE

  • @whatya112 its a 1-inch kicking BLOCK. its not a TEE.. NFL kickers use them on most anything from 45+.

  • @killme1990 you can't use a block in nfl...

  • @sports444life oops.. i did some research. college kickers can use a 1inch and high school can use a 2 inch.. NFL blocks are only used for kickoffs and those are 1 inch.

  • @killme1990 you can't use a block for kicking field goals in college. I'm a college kicker.

  • @killme1990 And they are tee's, 1 inch tee's, there is a difference!

  • hes better than most nfl kickers because nfl kickers couldnt make it from 63 on their field. and he made it on his field and the field goal like half the size.

  • Arena football was a different game for sure,I think if it ever comes back, they should find a way to make it more diverse, add another man or something, allow some type of rule change on the offense or something. Still most NFL fans think of it as a step below NFL Europa football, like minor minor league.

  • arena football is comin back!!!

  • R.I.P Arena Football League

  • @walterlv01 its coming back. i head on the radio about the dallas vigilantes not desperadoes

  • think about it this way: it was on a tee. and there is absolutely no wind

  • im a football kicker in highskool and what he did is easy. and the narrowness doesnt mtter if u kick it right then the backdraft on the ball will pull it straight if you lock your ankle

  • In arena football the football is put on a tee so that usually adds 5 to 10 yards on a feild goal. If you notice in the nfl they use the tee on kick offs and the ball very often goes into the endzone and that is about 70 or 80 yards

  • a field goal in arena football is twice as tough because the uprights are only half as wide.

  • lol, did anyone else hear the voice crack when he said job?

  • However, the field goal posts are far narrower so it's definitely not as easy.

  • how long is an Arena football field

  • 50 yards

  • I don't like arena football, I think NFL is more competitive and hard

  • It is a 63 yards. He is about 3 yards deep in his own endzone + the field is 50 yards + 10 yards for the other endzone =~63 yards

  • no that is bull shit prove it dumb ass

  • jason elam kicked a 64 yarder so even if thats true ur not the recored holder

  • your a dumb fuck it was 63.

  • jason elam kicked a 63 yarder idiot

  • jason elam kicked a 63 yarder dumbass

  • i got the messege 3 comments ago i accidently typed 64 jeez

  • actually, in the arena league, the end zones are only 8 yards

  • even though it's only 56 yards, which is still a damn long kick, in arena fotball the bottom cross bar is set higher in arena football than the nfl. it's kind of like a 60 to 65 yard field goal in nfl. PRETTY DAMN IMPRESSIVE!!

  • fuck you all. thats still pretty impressive.

  • Off a tee also.....kinda takes away from it.

  • No it doesn't...the tee doesn't do anything. Look a the field goal posts. He just threaded a needle and had to kick it 5 feet higher than a normal field goal post

  • if the tee did nothing NFL kickers would be kicking 70 to 80 yard field goals how do you explain when the kickoff from the 30 goes to the 5 or out of bounds for the touchback

  • You have your point but almost every kicker can kick a 60 yard field goal in a professional league. This guy just threaded a needle from 63 yards away. And not many kickers can do that. Stop being ignorant.

  • And also to explain the 5 yard deep kickoffs, they're also taking 7 or 8 steps, sometimes even 10. Idiot.

  • On kickoffs the kick gets a much longer running start, and because he doesn't have to clear the linemen he doesn't need to elevate the the ball as much which allows him to kick much further.

  • nice kick....but can he kick that and make it with over 90,000 college football fans screaming at the top of their lungs for the game winning field goal with the wind or sun in his face? get back to me on that....

  • I think having to make this kick through uprights twice as high and half as wide as college goal posts kind of makes up for it.

  • no it does not kind of make up for it you stupid texan. stfu

  • Your right it's definitely not comparable to a kick like that, however, he beat the shit out of that ball. The kick was a good one regardless of how you look at it, give credit where credit is due.

  • Wow what horrible announcing.

  • That should be about 61 yards, not 63 and definitely at least 60. Remember AFL has 8 yard endzones. To kick 63, he would have only three total yards from the back wall of the end zone for his approach. Impressive from 61 though.

  • nice kick!

  • Wow....the crowd is well we dont really have a crowd....can 5 people be called a crowd....really its not even 5 people since 2 are drunk and one is taking a nap. The other 3 are very excited. To borrow a phrase from ML2 "I think Ill wet myself"

  • lolz

  • there has to be some reason

  • Why didn't he play in the NFL?

  • @lawrencetimmons94 because he cant kick with/against the wind

  • @lawrencetimmons94 well he was using a block

  • Woohoo! Go Sabercats!

  • dang the home fans shut up after that kick!

  • that was amazing, it has to be hard because the post are higher and narrower in arena than NFL or college

  • true, but theres no wind to factor in since its indoors. The NFL and College kickers have to take account the wind trajectory/speed.

  • wow! its one thing to make a 63 yarder in the nfl or college, but the arena league is pure amazement! great job!

  • That guy has strong a leg!

  • AFL is hard but then its easy....its easy 4 kickers b/c thiers no wind 2 worry about....its hard b/c u have 2 get it between the goalposts that are not as big as the NFL or college level.

  • And the goalposts are higher!

  • Thats a great point...so as i kicker which would u rather have, smaller target or other factors into ur kick?

  • they are also allowed to use a block unlike the NFl which makes it easier

  • Dang that was awesome considering the situation...not alot of room for error!

  • even though that was a nice kick for 63yards the tee he used kind of takes away from the wow effect. in my eyes if its not off the ground then its really not a pro kick its more high school.

  • not to mention the pressure isn't nearly as immense from the opposing team as it is in the NFL

  • AND not to mention it was a three stepper kick. usually nething hit beyond a two steo kick is labeled as a kick off kick

  • Endzones in arena football arent the full ten yards in most arenas but the uprights are narrower and the crossbar is higher so it takes a more accurate, deeper kick to make it. He is using a block on the kick which makes it easier but its still one heckeva kick.

  • either way, its STILL a 63 yard kick.

  • there eight look in description

  • what league is this

  • It is the Arena Football League.

  • yeah last time i checked 56 isnt 63

  • its 56 from the line of scrimmage the kicker was 7 yards behind

    56+7=63

  • thats not 56

because the field is 50 yards

and then you add the 10 for the end zone on the other side of the field and 4-6 for the snap

    so it could be 64-66

  • try a 56 yarder

  • try watching the video and doing the math

  • the announcer is so exited lol

  • 0.12 i thought it will never start :D

  • why isnt he in the nfl?? lol

  • i dont think its a a 7 yard snap to the block but it looks like it's around 60 yards on skinny posts which is very impressive!

  • its harder to make it in AFL the uprights are a lot smaller... and at 0:53 the announcer's voice squeaks lol

  • I would say it is both harder and easier to kick in Arena football. The easy part is that you are indoors and there is no wind, and the hard part is what you said.

  • WOOOOOOOOW, HE PUT HE BALL ON A TEE, nfl kickers kick it 70 yards+ on a tee this is nothing special. nice kick, yeah sure, but who cares its AFL

  • It is a kicking block, not a tee.

  • my point is the fields are way shorter, a ncaa kicker would have no problem making that kick

  • why?

  • You are a fucking retard. The fields are shorter; yes. But you forgot about one bigass fucking detail, he kicked it from the endzone (over 50 yards). Show me a play where an NCAA kicker, kicks it from beyond half-field jackass. The other huge fucking detail you failed to mention is that the uprights are way smaller than NCAA regulation size. Next time use what little of a brain before you comment.

  • i love watching this. to bad its not as famous as nfl.

  • this shit is arena football not ncaa football

  • its not a 56 yarder it really is more like 63...... the kicker is about 5 yards deep in his end zone, playing field 50 yards, opposing endzone 8 yards, plus his 5 yards adds up to 63.

  • read the description

  • Who are they playing?

  • and also Afl goal posts are thinner than NFl Goalposts so thats a pretty awesome kick

  • 56?

  • well wouldnt that be longer cause the post is alout higher than the nfl?

  • Why bother scoring touchdowns when you can kick from there?

  • ooooooooooooooooo i love afl get the game tho

  • wait.... i thought u cant kick FG's?

  • nice

  • AFL not gonna have a 2009 season,i really hope it doesnt fold,i have learned to love it

  • really?

    that kinda sux

cuz i really liked the Chicago Rush.

  • he used a block

  • isnt the arena field 50 yards...

  • its really 63. they didnt add the snap. thats why. maybe if u guys read the description. i thot it was 56 b4 i read the description

  • read the description retard!!!!

  • I find it funny that everyone keeps saying 56 when if they would take two seconds to reap the description they would know why it says 63

  • 56 retard

  • read the description retard

  • read the dispription retard

  • amazing considering the field - the endzones is only 50 yards

  • In indoor there is no set depth for the end zone. It is between 4 and 10 yards depending on what level and the arena.

  • but if you look at the spot of the ball... the endzon in Arena ball is only 8 yards deep...the ball was spotted about 3 yards deep.. the field is 50 yards 50 + 8 + 3 is only 61

  • thats why the announcer says 56

  • its a 56 yarder but still damn!!

  • damn! he destroyed that ball! I dont see how he can kick it so far. u see janikowski's 57 yard GW?

  • wow he made a 63 yrd field goal in are football! the field goal is thiner and higher up than nfl thats incredible

  • the ball is on the three yard line not the one and he is 5 yrds back its a 60 yarder because the endzone is 8 yrds plus 47 and 5

  • nice kick. the field goal is harder in arena footbal too.

  • dang did u hear that boot sound??

  • Actually that would be 63 yards, the announcers got it wrong. An AFL field is 50 yards long, with 8-yard end zone. He was kicking from about 5 yards in his own EZ. So, 5 yards of his EZ, plus the 50-yard field, plus the 8-yard EZ for the goalposts (since they're at the back) and you'll get 63 yards...

  • lol dude why did u say 63 yards wen the announcers are saying its a 56 yarder... but it looked like it could of gone 63+ yards

  • mmmmhhh nice^^

  • He had about 3 hours to kick the ball and it was up on a tee...nice kick but nothing TOO special

  • Why's it posted at 63 yards when the commentator says it was 56 yards?

  • in the details it says it didnt add the yards from the line of scrimmage

  • You could discount this goal by saying he wasn't rushed, and he kicked off a tee. However, he had a smaller target to hit, and a higher crossbar than did the NFL record holders Jason Elam and Tom Dempsey, who also kicked a 63 yard bomb.

  • get in the NFL please :D

  • The holder has the ball down before he even takes his first step.

    That`s like a practice kick.

    No rush...........no pressure.

  • then why was the other team there you dumbass

  • you're absolutely right.nfl or even college would've had that thing blocked. he had an eternity to kick that. if you're a kicker or punter at those levels, you'd understand you have less than 2 seconds from the time of the snap to kick the ball.

  • i totally understand that. i kicked and punted at stanford in the pac-10 (all pac-10), so i know what it is like to have to rush. the arena league gives you that extra luxury...so quit banging on the kick. the uprights are 15 ft. high and 9 ft. wide, so that has to amount to something.

  • haha Stanfurd.

    GO BEARS!

  • First of all, great kick!

    Three things, though.

    1. It appears that he isn`t quite halfway back in the endzone........so I`d credit him with a 62 yarder.

    2. In the NFL you kick off the ground. He was using a block. I believe the high school and college record is 68 or 69 yards off a block.

    3. Nobody rushed the kick. He had all day.

  • the reason they didn't rush him was because the thought he'd miss it they waited more people back to help return the kick

  • So he even knew they wouldn't rush, makes it that much easier. he still used a block. nice and straight though, i'll give him that

  • Um, no not really. In Arena Football you can't do any outside rushes. EVERY FG IN ARENA FOOTBALL IS LIKE THIS, even short ones. They always have a long time to kick.

  • Look what he has to kick through

  • Thats a 56 Yarder not 63 dumbshit...I will go with what the announcer has to say

  • In an AFL field, it is 66 yards from field goal to field goal. Each end zone is 8 yards long and the field is 50 yards long. If he was kicking that in the endzone, there is no way that field goal should be less than 60 yards. It is a 63 yard field goal.

  • ****niice

  • ice! i love the AFL

  • Super job, Aaron!

  • wow right down the middle too.

  • lol i work with this guy. hes my boss.

  • Just wondering, do you still work for him? Would you tell him a long lost friend sends her best to him ~ I appreciate it. Fawn

  • Let's measure...it's 50 yards between the goallines, some distance between the opposite goalline and the uprights and he's kicking in his team's endzone, so it's probably 63 yards!

  • its 56 yard field goal not 63 <.<

  • you have to add 7 yards for the snap lol

  • they already added the 7 yards for the snap. why would they say 56 yards of je was really kicking 63?

  • you have to take into account of the other endzone

  • IS THAT arena or indoor football i cant tell it basicly is the samething but i can't tell

  • Arena Football

  • that's absolutely INSANE!! I always wondered why kickers don't pop outta the Arena League even more than QB's since the posts are SO small! Some NFL dome teams should get some video tapes!

  • someone sign that man to the NFL..

  • no shit

    56 + 7 = 63

that is what i was tying to tell dillonw10

    dum ass

  • Think about it carefully, When it's a 50 Yard field, add 5 yards to EACH endzone, that's a 60 yard field, HOW in the world do you kick a ball 3 yards further than the field is? It WAS 56 yards. because he was under 2 yards inside his own endzone.

  • Look up the arena league rules. Each end zone is 8 yards deep, not 5 yards. Now do the math. A field goal kicked from the opposite goal line is 58 yards. This field goal was kicked 5 yards deep in the end zone. Thus 63 yards. Look up the record which proves it. Aaron Mills - 63 yards (San Jose Sabercats).

  • I guess that's what happens when I don't watch Arena Football for about 3 years. :D Hahah. Good call.

  • Don't forget that the goalposts are narrower than in the NFL too.
