Installing Magento - Creating the database and user using phpMyAdmin

For some reason when I click on phpMyAdmin in cpanel, it won't let me create a database.

It give me access to the database I made using sql wizard, and even that I don't get the "privilages" tab.

Could you help?

@siroos7 - Sounds like you don't have the privileges needed in phpMyAdmin to do that. That'll be due to your hosting service and the way they have things configured. Probably not much you can do about it unless you move to a VPS or Dedicated Hosting package which should give you full access.
