I just read that the average wage of an Australian is 66,594 where the average here in America is 40,000 per year. Even though prices should be somewhat higher in Australia to balance out, it's just crazy how much more expensive your stuff is! It shouldn't be that bad!

Oh & are you sure that black stuff from Daiso is a cleansing cream? I think it's a mask-ish thing.. I apply it on & wait, it hardens & I peel it off.. It's supposed to remove blackheads but it's not very good.

@yinkae Its definitely a cleansing cream. Its supposed to clean off your makeup. Put it on, and then wipe it off with a tissue ^__^

cost of living may be high in sydney. but products and what not are "expensive" compared to the US in every state. but then again they need to make profits too haha, also also prices here include GST, whilst in the states they dont include taxes, not till you pay. its only minor but still it is expensive. and it sucks coz our exchange rate is practically the same ==
