A grand jury refused to indict these pig felons because prosecutors deliberately presented an extremely weak case in order to protect the pig felons, with whom they work daily to frame innocent people. The assaulting cops' "discipline" was a paid vacation, aka "suspension", which lasted for several months. These racist pigs are back on the job beating and framing blacks, sans the cameras recording them. There will never be any real accountability in the Philadelphia Police Department.

Police officers are unqualified, arrogant, sanctimonious, felonious cowards who think that they are the hottest things in the universe merely because they are handed a minuscule amount of unearned power on a silver platter. Philly cops are bribe extorting, evidence planting, robbing, torturing, perjuring, framing, murdering, inept, low IQ, sociopathic COWARDS who could not get hired to clean toilets in the private sector, which (unlike the Philly PD) has legitimate employment requirements.

@LockupSe Wrong there are worse liars. Police wouldn't have power without criminals in robes. The entire US judiciary up to state/federal supreme courts are staffed by criminals. In California judges ganged up on a prosecutor for exposing they illegally get bribes of $60,000 a year..on top of $150,000 salaries..the judges threw him in jail for 18 months without charges to silence him. Pennsylvania judges got kickbacks from prison contractors for jailing thousands of kids on trumped up charges

The police are CORRUPT. They do not protect and serve, they destroy lives, rape, murder, torture, assault, humiliate, and harass innocent people, and yet they market themselves as heroes using the media. The police have evolved to be nothing but bullies who prey on the weak and exploit their own people, the ones they are supposed to protect, for MONEY. We must rebuild the police into a positive force, and DESTROY all negativity and corruption within this system NOW, before it's too late!
