I think Reisen does these songs like she did the Overdrive remix; with her eyes.

She can "distort wavelengths", which at 1:19 made me notice those things are waves. And then, she can make you see whatever she wants, which would then explain the voice -and- the video.. So.. Yeah.

And, not directly replying to 7uck123, but Reisen can fly. She doesn't need a "way to get down".

I suggest the "Edge" video in the Related Videos, I like it more than this.. But that's my opinion.

I seriously don't know who that other girl is. She's in the same outfit Reisen is in Edge.. I haven't played any Touhou game before 6 or after 10, so it's either that or another media's character that I don't know.

And I can't fit how epic this and Edge are into one comment. I listened to this maybe 6 times (Not even close to a lot for me, try 96.), then went to Edge.. About 20 times.. They're still both equally..-ishly, epic.

I also upscaled this video from the exact same source on nicovideo to 720p, and my upscaled version was posted almost 8 months prior to this video. I intentionally did not upscale this video to 1080p because, as one will find, the original video has some unique dimensions, and upscaling to that degree doesn't do a whole lot.
