Silva is a legit BB and his style is pretty slick on the ground, but leities is a world class BJJ competitor. so i think it'll be pretty interesting to see how things go when( or if) it hits the ground.

A lot of the guys i train with always go with the modo "focus on your strengths, and stick to your gameplan" and that applies to alot of things, i definatley think Thales can out roll anderson, but i doubt his striking ability, his best bet is to get the fight to the ground and fast.
Anything can happen in MMA, when I first heard Thales was fighting Silva, I assumed it would be another easy fight for Anderson, but Thales style looks good against Silva. Silva is too good for the middle weight division. There is not one fighter that can match him. He needs to go light heavy weight and take on Machida, Rua, Liddell, Evans and the other top fighter in the light heavy weight division. I just hope Leites makes it past the first round.

Silva is too good for the middle weight division. There is not one fighter that can match him. He needs to go light heavy weight and take on Machida, Rua, Liddell, Evans and the other top fighter in the light heavy weight division. I just hope Leites makes it past the first round.

He always shows good sportsmanship and his ground game is crazy good. Plus he never tries to do any permanent damage to the fighters he always releases his submissions right after the guy taps. Just a real class act easy to root for. Sadly Anderson Silva is going to Pound him lol

Pretty funny also how silva could not put cote away. If he is so good, why could he not put him away, he was landing a lot of shots? Why couldn't he do it, explain that to me. I am a big anderson fan but am not a biased fanboy that just watches highlight reels and bases a fighters ability on them. Have you seen a full anderson fight? His takedown defense isnt great and he has lost by submission twice before so leites someone with great subs and good takedowns is stylisticly, on paper, a bad match up for him.
