what's more is that even if the guy was referring to his max clean in pounds, you were still wrong. 405 is only around 182 kilos; something Dimas could almost power clean.
He should have been able to power clean more than 184kg (405) because Pablo Lara weighed 167lb and power cleaned 419. I hesitate to say but, Lara was a bit greater of a lifter than Dimas. Sure, I wish I could go deadlift Dimas best snatch right now. Just think, between Kakiashvilis and Dimas they power jerked nearly 1,000 pounds. The program didn't recognize K's name and tried to say "devilishness" ha yes he was devilishly powerful.
He was a better lifter because he could power clean more? That makes plenty of sense. I guess I'm a bitter lifter than another person because I can power snatch more than them. Dimas did what was needed to win when it counted; that alone makes him a great lifter.

To become a citizen in diferent country it takes at least few years,the greeks gave it to him in few months,braking the rules is easy when (gold medal)shines.

@edwarner82 This isn't powerlifting it's weightlifting. Powerlifting is squat deadlift bench, weightlifting is clean and jerk and the snatch. And at higher weight classes the lifters are pretty fat

what's more is that even if the guy was referring to his max clean in pounds, you were still wrong. 405 is only around 182 kilos; something Dimas could almost power clean.

He should have been able to power clean more than 184kg (405) because Pablo Lara weighed 167lb and power cleaned 419. I hesitate to say but, Lara was a bit greater of a lifter than Dimas. Sure, I wish I could go deadlift Dimas best snatch right now. Just think, between Kakiashvilis and Dimas they power jerked nearly 1,000 pounds. The program didn't recognize K's name and tried to say "devilishness" ha yes he was devilishly powerful.

He was a better lifter because he could power clean more? That makes plenty of sense. I guess I'm a bitter lifter than another person because I can power snatch more than them. Dimas did what was needed to win when it counted; that alone makes him a great lifter.
