  • Smh Wtf, eyes are always on the wr in man but if you play zone that is semi acceptable

  • your players look funny... perhaps they you go to a clown school

  • this does not work, stay with the reciver even if the quaterback hands it off i got burnt on a halfback pass by rushing in once the runningback got the ball

  • okay this is wrong, what u are supposed to do is look at the receiver until he turns his head and his eyes get real big, thats when you know the ball's comin, if you look in the backfield u would get beat by a play action pass, i know this because i play corner in high school and this video info got me burned once, what i said works

  • moron, do NOT listen to this guy. You are cheating these poor kids and are going to get them hurt.

  • cross bar haha thats gay you guys are poor

  • Never read the quarterback!!! or running back!! they are liers... always watch the line men if they do pass blocking its a pass if they do a run block its a run... *key LINEMEN NEVER LIE!*

  • dumb

  • im a Free Safety

  • im 5'10, 135 pounds and i play cornerback. semi pro.

  • @br69em 135?haha skinny as fuck

  • okay, im a freshmen in highschool and about to start jv football. im bout 5'8, i weigh 130, and im somewhat fast. What position should i try out for? PLEASE REPLY

  • Saftey

  • nah play cornerback

  • they must not need pads cause i bet they don't even know how to hit

  • on those plays the receiver blocks.

  • one time i was playing cornerback and the other team went into double tight so i thought they were gona run it. so i went in for the blitz but the wr in the double tight position went out for a pass. what did i do wrong ?

  • you didn't run the original play. it's not your job to audible, it should be one of your line backers or safeties.

  • @weezybaby772 you should always be pass first... its not your job to make your inside hits..thats why you got linebackers hope it helps and it would be good to remmeber to read the linemen not the recievers or anything or quarterbacks/runningback LINE MEN NEVER LIE if they are in pass block, its a pass if they are in run block its a run hope this helped

  • and u shouldnt even be looking in the backfeild

  • u have to force him inside if he gets out side ur the only defence but inside u have the safty linebackers and ur d line.

  • wow...wrong...and you suck

  • a lotta coaches do different formations which require different tactics at every defensive position. i was taught inside out and im pretty sure that in the NFL as a corner you are supposed to force the play outside using the sideline as an extra defender.

  • wow ppl its just advice not brainwash

    fuck nikka calm ya shit

  • Comment removed

  • You always go inside out. The running back has more distance to go if you force him outside. If you force him inside he can start heading upfield immediately instead of having to go outside first and then up the field. This guy is right wisialowski12

  • @clicobb if your force him inside you ahve way more help thats why there are linebackers

  • ur an idiot if u shed to the inside the runnin back will just go outside u always wanna shed to the outside so u force the runner back into ur safety and linbackers im a senior cb and this guy thinks he can coach? ha

  • Dumb

  • fucken idiot u dont read the qb or the rb when tryna figure out if its a run or pass. you read the lineman. they will tell the defender the play 10 times out 10. this guy is dumb ass shit. we should wope his ass for these videos.

  • @pootietang26 DAMN FINALLY SOMEONE AGREES WITH ME!!

  • depnds on how fast is the running back if teh running back is fast u have to like cross the bloker like try to cross him and go for teh running back only if he is fast as hell that my opinon

  • he is a complete dumass, you never, ever, ever look in the back field thats how u get burned, ur gonna get burnt by biting on the play action passes

  • thas not tru i get trained by retired nfl corners and safeties. imma safety myself n they teach u n the nfl 2 read the QB jus 2 c weather its a 3 or 5 step drop then relocated with ur receiver. for CB n FS or SS so hes not completely wrong but hes a shitty coach

  • i hate playing cornerback so much pressure is on you with like the outside pitches, pass coverage, reading reverses, motions and counters :P but its fun

  • What happens if the running back jukes you?

  • all you have to do is take the outside angle and break down becuase ur the only guy outside. the safety and line backers have the inside angle.

  • @associatedwithlosi your beat you should be watching and you better hope that saftey has got him

  • I like the rest of videos but i think thts rong. if the running back is not running to the outsdie then stay home. if he is try make him go back in so the linebackers can get him if u cant.

  • no not rlly if u get a chance to tackle at cb try to tackle. if he breaks u, ur safety is behind to wrap him up. believe me, i play cb and neither the cb or safety are any weaker than linebackers. u must keep the rb outside, incase he is a power or speed, you can tackle or push him outta bounds.

  • That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Push him out of bounds? Or you could play outside in, that way the plays works back to the middle of the field where other people have a chance of making the play as well. I would love to have my rb round the corner on you so when you "try to push him out of bounds" he would smoke you down the sideline.

  • ur suppose to push him outta bounds when ur running down the field with him ur suppose to lean into him

  • and what if hes too fast?

  • @chris18698 scoot back get further away from him so you have the advantage
