I have finally realized..Alex isn't wearing small headphones...that's why he sings like that live...and the drummer is wearing headphones...and he can sing almost perfectly...this is a big mistake for a professional and an artist like him...and probably you all down here don't know shit about singing with the voice live....WEAR THE FUCKING HEADPHONES!!!Or you won't hear yourself and you'll sing random notes....but for me,this video doesn't change a thing...still a die hard fan....Atreyu FTW!!!

I've seen Atreyu live, many times and I have to say that when I have seen Alex, he was absolutely AMAZING. Atreyu is the best band I've seen live. This vid does NOT do them justice. Trust me they are an amazing band to see live and if you get the chance, take it. Though they probably wont tour again for a while since they are currently on hiatus.

They're good, except for Alex. Alex is all studio and auto-tune and can't replicate it live, he needs to stick to screaming but they wouldn't be nearly as radio friendly. Brandon is THE man when it comes to singing. It's not hard to sing and play drums at the same time, I do it often, but Brandon just has a good voice period. John Feldman of Goldfinger fame was the one that had them start more toward singing with Alex on their last album. Listen to "The Curse"...THAT is the best Atreyu record.

stop complaining that they suck live or that alex shouldn't sing. most bands don't sound as good live (pressure to do well, acoustics, etc.) and people get exhausted on stage. remember there are different types of singing as well (alex learned a few different types in the process of making LSPA), not everything can sound so "smooth" (haha, couldn't find a better word for it.) nothing's perfect.
