I totally agree agree with you, Cody, on the point that an excess of money is normally a bad thing. Being "rich" and flaunting an excess of money's just asshole-ly. But then again, you've those who're wealthy and have made comfortable livings through hard work; the ones that give back to society. I respect those people. Like Ed Mirvish.

But it's true that, more commonly, money causes people to lose sight of what truly makes one happy.
