    No, I believe you're looking at the ones that are flavored. Get the plain, nonfat Fage one. 9g of sugar per serving. The ones you're looking at are double that I believe.

    Yes you can. Ideally, it would be great to eat before bed as it has has casein in it which is slow digesting. Perfect for a prebed meal since you want something slow digesting before bed. yes once again. I know a ton of other natural bodybuilders that eat yogurt and other dairy products precontest.

  • are you on low carb diet? You seem pretty lean but lack of veins. I bet when you load up on carbs those veins pop out. It is amazing how you can do low carb for weeks and the second that body gets sugar/ carbs in you , BOOM veins. I remeber when i would diet hard and wi ould eat a yogurt or two and they would pop out. the human body is amazing with diet

  • @woofman81 Do you have a M.S. in Exercise Physiology? BC I do.. Posted my picture.. Buddy.. Fage isnt organic which means it has hormones added to it such as estrogen.. Fats halt your insulin production.. Simple carbs are great post workout since they attach to the insulin bringing protein inside the cell.. Complex are great pre-wo for extended energy levels.. All together its a mess... Just facts..

He doesnt talk about if this is pre contest or off season. For me Im off season year round because Im still not the size I want. Im 5 10 240 right now and been gettin a lot suggestions to start competing. Anyway's, most important post workout is Simple carbs, complex is great pre, Spot on bro. Red meat, brown rice, broccol

Im 6'2 225 and am experimenting on myself with different dieting strategies to bulk up right now.. We will see what happens.. But keep training hard brother an you'll get where you want to go..

Do you check out the videos on Muscular development, rx muscle, flex online? The pros talk about what they eat and how often the lift and what not. I have learned a lot from watching those videos. Not once have I seen them make the crap this dude does. lol. Anyway, its finally nice to talk to someone who knows their shit!

  • @julioxxx0 start a HIIT program a couple days/ week. eat 5 meals a day that are evenly spaced with 40 grams of protein/ meal (more protein per meal depending on your weight as long as you get 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight since you are cutting)...you want to eat enough calories to maintain your weight, which will allow fat to come off SLOWLY and muscle to build. avoid white breads/enriched carbs unless it is your post workout meal. they will spike blood sugar and make you store fat

  • Hey I work out in the morning before school. Im trying to loose weight and build muscle at the same time. I do cardio and weights in the same day. Is it alright if I eat a full meal right after, because I dont have time to eat a small snack and wait for a meal. My meal usally consists of a lean protein usually chicken, fruit, and a vegtable. Il add some honey to my tea also.

    A lot of people aren't familiar with using greek yogurt in sludge. I know I wasn't. So just because YOU are aware, doesn't mean everyone else is! Plus, I included a lot of things to add in the sludge that people aren't aware of.
