No, I believe you're looking at the ones that are flavored. Get the plain, nonfat Fage one. 9g of sugar per serving. The ones you're looking at are double that I believe.

@julioxxx0 start a HIIT program a couple days/ week. eat 5 meals a day that are evenly spaced with 40 grams of protein/ meal (more protein per meal depending on your weight as long as you get 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight since you are cutting)...you want to eat enough calories to maintain your weight, which will allow fat to come off SLOWLY and muscle to build. avoid white breads/enriched carbs unless it is your post workout meal. they will spike blood sugar and make you store fat

Almond milk, almond butter and blueberries; all Superfoods! You think they'd market stuff like this for nursing homes and rehabilitation centers. After all, it fits into a mechanically soft diet. Do you eat anything in your training diet that's crunchy?
