This segment reminded me of a great quote: "Shame is the gateway to grace." This book is a true depiction of real grace. I am not religious - nor even very spiritual - but if I can imagine there is something like enlightenment in this world, in a person - than Fred Rogers and this book emody it.
When I graduated college last May (2007, they gave us this book as a graduation gift. I read it and at some points was tear-eyed. Fred Rogers had such an impact on my life and the lives of millions of other children. He had such a gentle, honest and heartfelt way of talking to children. But the best thing about that was that he never talked down to him. Thank you Mr. Rogers for making the world a more gentle, simpler and happier place to live. We truly miss you and will never forget you.

Wish the whole presentation by Tim Madigan could be here. Well...I guess we all have to read the book! Thanks for posting!
