Thanks for the tip, Tim. I had heard that American Indians used deer sinew to make their bow strings, as well. Having processed a few deer over the years, I can see where sinew would have been a good choice in the earlier days of this land. Great video!
Sinew is great stuff. Elastic modulus of about 400,000 pounds per square inch and can be stretched about 5%.
