god sake, everything in moderation is fine ( except cheese pasties and lard lol ) , even a mars bar every couple of days wont hurt, these adverts say if u eat like one sweet, fats gonna build up, however im no the kind of guy who likes to eat chockkie bars, i have kellogs cereal bars as a healthier choice :) but i do like chocolate buttons on the odd occasion :P
