when blanka does his ultra, all you have to do is to guard it till the end, and before he lands 2hp.... blanka will go "up up and way" an then you can ultra him while falling....
When Blanka does his Ultra it's alot after to just block the entire thing and just do your ultra when he's in his rolling recovery. It's alot safer and does more damage since the elbow forces the ultra to do less damage due to damage scaling especially the slam at the end.

i haven't seen a video of it, but it's a pretty straightforward combo, the abel in this vid does cr. mp mp cod, but what 240 sxer is saying is that since he had two ex bars, he could do a super cancel from the first hit of cod and then do abels juggling fierce punch into the ultra
Only Able I've seen that uses crouching mp mp CoD, seems like a safer hit confirm than just crouching mp. I wonder if it combos from hit confirm forward mk, instead of using Fp
