@MR3ZOE I could of sworn I answered this but if not sorry for the almost year delay. those are just Velcro straps from 3M used for keeping network or data cables together. I love tho have a few on me never know when something might break or something may need to be bounded together!!!
@JulioCHernandez I'm done, Springfield M1 fully loaded with the quad rail is my next build. 5.56 16inch barrel rifles are DONE. Yeah I am kind of a Magpul groopie but I wanted to show some folks that you can get quality simplicity and affordability all in one. And Magpul answered the call. Thanks for the comment man!
What is it that you have wrapped around the hand guards towards the delta ring?

ur such a Magpul WHORE HA HA HA, u need a Magpul enhanced buttpad. nice AR, come income tax i'm gonna build myself another AR. probably a 18" SPR
