I'd have more respect for him if he would at least reveal how things like this are done. Sure, not EVERYTHING he does but at least a few real good ones and not stupid card and coin tricks either. It would make me become more interested by KNOWING how and not WONDERING how. Until he does that, I'll never go out of my way to see they guy anywhere...........

Easy, when Criss drives back around the crowd he is switched with a double with the same stuff ( cloths and bike ) while Criss hides out back. When the double is raised into the cage and the explosion goes off, if you look very very carefully you can see that there is a black box outline "covering" the double and the bike while the cage seems to break apart when only the frame does, the the real Criss drive out from the back where he was hiding....gotta do better Criss !
I think he switched with a double when he rode away and came back. This still doesn't explain how the bike and rider "disappeared" into thin air but I think it shows an obvious flaw.

Before the explosion, the cables are attached at the bottom front of the cage. Afterwards, they appear to be attached the back. So, the cage is actually still intact and hidden behind the fake cage doors that are released at the time of the explosion....pretty good illusion.
@armandovisperas Watch it again! You will see the cables are attached to the top 4 corners. When the explosion (pyrotechnics) go off the front cables simply release, causing the cage to fall apart. If you simply want to criticize the demonstration, don't let the facts get in your way.
And to all those folks that just had to comment on how much of a trick it is, or how you can tell us how it's done; don't bother anymore. We know it's a trick. We know it's an illusion.
So why not just watch it and enjoy it for what it is.

I watched this when it aired on TV. The "illusion" that pissed me off though was his Transpose from the top of the Hotel to the bottom, where he dropped the ball and was on the ground to catch it. Such a bullshit trick that relied on the entire crowd being in on it and the stop motion of the camera. I could of done that trick, beyond retarded.
