Back in the 90s and early 2000s, the best games ALWAYS put as much effort as they could into making the best graphics, and making fun gameplay. Games like Quake, Hexen 2, Doom, Unreal, Diablo, HL were all pretty advanced and had Interesting level design, and fun gameplay. Even though Crysis had some faults it was very much a fun game - which is surprising considering the tech it boasted.

if you have a rig that can run crysis at least on normal and high,get it for the pc,dont bother with the console version

It cost so much to run this game perfecly, here is a little estimation, if you want to run this with a maxed out resolution and a perfect constant 60fps you have to buy : a 100$ PSU, atleast two 250$ graphic cards, around 145$ of ram, 440$ for a good proc, 120$ for the Operating system, and another 200$ for the Mother board that will support the two graphic cards, 50$ for the hardrive, and 25$ for the disc drive. and another 100$ for the tower. so for 1.900$ tax included u can play this maxed.!!
I loved the ending, but in Crysis 2 there's hardly many connections to Crysis 1 other than Prophet, who is introduced for about a minute. Nomad is nowhere to be seen... :/

I dont understand peoples these days, for me. palying a game without a constant 60fps is just madness. IT's just choppy, tearing, and bad quality visual, and lowering your video settings to very low in order to get that 60fps is also not fun. so why would you pay for a super pricy pc to get a 35-45fps ? and btw dont buy this game, the guns doesnt kill, the ending is horrible, and Warhead will only keep you busy for like 30 mins.And fanboys, sorry for being honest.

I dont see why you people are all raging on each other, consoles and pcs both are nice to play shooters on. As for the controller vs mouse and keyboard issue they both have pros and cons, as example mouse is WAY more accurate when aiming but i really miss the rumble the controller gives,it gives you another level of immertion. and with movement i think controllers are nicer as you can choose which speed you want to walk, with keyboard you either walk or you dont. etc.

I personally didn't enjoy it that much. It was intense, and much more better than COD's attempt at it, but it just didn't feel like Crysis anymore.
It's a change, and a good one, but it really lacked what made Crysis special. I'll see what CryTEK has next, before I'll say if it's good or bad. :)

IT's just choppy, tearing, and bad quality visual, and lowering your video settings to very low in order to get that 60fps is also not fun. so why would you pay for a super pricy pc to get a 35-45fps ? and btw dont buy this game, the guns doesnt kill, the ending is horrible, and Warhead will only keep you busy for like 30 mins.And fanboys, sorry for being honest.

I dont see why you people are all raging on each other, consoles and pcs both are nice to play shooters on. As for the controller vs mouse and keyboard issue they both have pros and cons, as example mouse is WAY more accurate when aiming but i really miss the rumble the controller gives,it gives you another level of immertion. and with movement i think controllers are nicer as you can choose which speed you want to walk, with keyboard you either walk or you dont. etc.
