It's the tone from the old Jack Webb TV show EMERGENCY! It was played whenever Station 51 got a run. I don't know anything else about it, but that would be a good place to start looking.

With me being a actual firefighter, i honestly don't know if i could play this without laughing and making fun of the game.. But i am surprised to see the SCBA packs, nomex, and all the other gear in the game.

I recommend you look at a game called Emergency 4 in Europe, 911: First Responders in America, different names, but its the same game, probably the best for PC. Hope this helps, Vampireluvr97

Ah, I see. We had a dragon like that at a casino in Mississippi years ago when I was a child. I don't believe it exist anymore as the casino went under and was rebuilt as another.... casino...

I am surprised I haven't seen anyone else mention this but look at 2:08 and on. You'll see a DRAGON. This game is really stretching the imagination far. Thankfully I haven't encountered a dragon yet in my career but I'll get back with yal if I do. :)

Graphics are bad in some spots but in others like holding the axe it looks good. But haven't we learned from the wii the games can have poor graphics and still be amazing? But maybe the graphics are bad cause as IGN said there's a suprising amount of content, sooo....

As a firefighter I will enjoy playing it and seeing how developers went about making a game based on our job. Graphics aren't everything and maybe one day a full fledged well budgeted game about firefighters will be released.

Also I could have sworn I heard Jen Taylor's (Cortana) voice. I wonder why they didn't credit her. It is very early so maybe I am just hearing things.

The Army uses Call of Duty? If you get shot you just hide and you regain your health which is vastly different in RL. This video game is definitely stretching imagination with big rolling balls of fire. Fortunately I have yet to encounter a big ball of fire. It's nice seeing another firefighter game but one a bit more realistic with just a good story would be great.
