  • @fireman549549 funny this problem has nothing to do with IFS nothing broke on the IFS its a steering issue which is resolved with sleeves or with the new trucks come with a 16mm tie rod and forged center link

  • CV broke because of the toe in. They can only take so much angle. Even with center link, sleeves, and braces, your suspension can only handle so much stress. In short, geometry is wrong partner. The drive shaft and tierods need to be as flat as possible after you take the sled load. In your case, that means losing the green keys and lowering your front suspension as much as possible. Strapping the center link and maybe even the lower control arm isn't a bad idea either.

    But, what do I know..

    4Strap the centerlink

    5 consider a Super diesel straight center link.

    6Replace CV with GM units not cheap parts store junk

  • looks like Midwest Diesel left you out some parts.....tie rod sleeves, idle arm/pitman arm braces, solid centerlink, but Midwest is a bunch off cummins guys.........what else could you expect??
