Get a bloody patent on the thing and release it already.
There's people that actually have work to do and need tools like these, not be reverted to 50 fucking sites just to end up on this stupid youtube video.
@Davidos696969 Not sure what you mean but it's a free tool that I'll send you directly if you want, as I have many others already, just msg me your address (and I have no plans to patent it... it's software). In any case this version is old esp. compared to the newer version, and the TRUST program that includes input display directly in the emulator itself. The srk forums are a much better place to discuss all of this- youtube is supposed to be a home for stupid videos.
@renatov85 Thank you- Version 2 displays diagonals, in the second window if the type of joystick you have is POVhat (it's either that or standard Axis). This was popular feedback, although it's worth mentioning I left it without diagonals on purpose because it helped me keep in mind as I played that it didn't make a difference to the game itself (i.e. unique direction of a diagonal upleft, vs. combination of the directions up and left, for example).
@CrimsonDragon24 More details are in the sequel to this video, Execution Aid Version 2 which also lets you record and playback inputs. This video was just to give ppl a quick demo of this simple program. The purpose of this program is to display your inputs, which GGPO and other PC/arcade versions do not have.
Working on keyboard support now- there will be a new version soon anyways but in the meantime I need feedback from users with keyboard setups to see if checking for key presses is enough or I need to test for ASCII codes etc. I have a test version I can send you to try it out, so anyone with buttons mapped to keyboard keys, drop me a msg through youtube with your email address.
Excellent work, wish I would have had this bout 2 years ago, BUT HEY IT will STILL help those who take ST and sf games in general to the pro level. Hope to see u on GGPO mrDhalsim XD

Looks pretty crappy as is. I suggest ditch this method and use a queue instead. Have your previous input listed on screen and with each new input it is added to the queue and the queue scrolls to the left.
A poor craftsman blames his tools, yayo. Some people have taken this "crappy" program and fertilized the fields named Better Skills with it. It's conceivable you've eaten some combos grown in these fields.
Yeah, sure, just mail me for a copy.

That's an excelent idea! To improve the program, you could show the diagonals too, not only 4 way joystick moves. It will help a lot.

I honestly have no idea what this is supposed to do. Epsecially since most fighters have the option to display your inputs in practice mode.

Version 2 ready. Email me or send a message through here or srk. I think it's ready to be hosted on a site somewhere, any recommendations?
Lots of new features. Leverage the power of spreadsheets to improve.
