I installed 3.5 last week and it's working great. Wifi is fine and battery life is decent but not like the stock Web Os. Great video! The one stop shop to get the files from your link was the biggest help!

i found novocom running as palm novocom when u look in task manager.

I installed drivers that you gave link too but have no Palm Inc folder in program files. I only have one called HP webOS which has a PDK and SDK folder in there?? Where am I going wrong?

umm thats strange because when you install the novacom drivers it automatically creates a directory of C:\program files\Palm, Inc, can you go to task manager and check if novacom.exe is running? if so search for the .exe on your computer to find out where its located

Novacomd.exe is running and this is located in C:\Program Files\HP

webOS\SDK\bin\novacomd\x86.

I have both of these but can't locate terminal anywhere??

if novacom.exe is running that means you have the driver installed, but you will need to change the ACMEInstaller in DOS, so

cd C:\Program Files\HP webOS\SDK\bin\novacomd\

then cd \x86

then type novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller

this should work am assuming 'novacom.exe' is inside x86 folder

i had the same problem but i extracted the acmeinstaller in bin

and in command prompt i typed in:

cd C:\Program Files\HP webOS\SDK\bin

then novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller

it works for me so it might worth a shot for u

Thanks kashem58, I just got a Touchpad and after watching your video and I am going to install Adroid on my TP. I like WebOS but I need the Citrix Receiver app for work. Thanks again for the video and link for downloading the files!!!!!

remember Android is still on the alpha version, it may take few months till final release is out, but gotta be honest Alpha 3.5 is running really good,

P.S webOS is still on your touchpad you can boot it anytime you want

Not exactly step by step when you dont say what or how to install the Palm Inc stuff? 1st step and Im already off looking something up!

Palm Inc is part of novacom driver, when you install novacom drivers you should find a Palm Inc folder in Program files, if you had preware installed then you should already have novacome driver, sorry this is my first video tutorial and kinda rushed it, hope you have sucess installing android on to it

Does Skype or the front facing camera work on the HP Touch Pad with android?
