What's been bothering me lately is that the "upload custom image video thumbnail" feature available to YT Partners does not seem to be working, or takes DAYS to have the change show up, especially with my HD videos. I hate it when the make features available without first working all the bugs out.

Not sure of your exact question. It takes over an hour for it to save with the HD settings on my computer. It loads on to YT in about a half hour to an hour and it takes a few hours after that before it shows up in HD. Is that what you meant? :)

Just so's ya know, the toolbar did have a chat function during alpha phase, something a bit akin to the old IRC type of chat. It looked like it might be an open invitation for spamming, so they tabled it for the release. They may bring it back in a revised form later.

In order for it to work, you have to have "real time sharing" enabled. The settings are in your account, under Privacy, "Activities | Share" and "Notifications." You can't properly stalk each other when they're turned off. :-P
