Well the finale has come and gone I quite frankly I dunno how or where to start to piece together what has happened. Basically the cracks erasing things from time really equates to simply a loss of memory with time compensating. Since Rory was restored does this mean the Cyber King incident and the events of Journey's end were never erased. I hope not, Moff doesn't have 2 use them but it spoils it if those events were erased since theey were mentioned in SJA and Torchwood AND the Waters of Mars

Another point. Amelias house is 2 storys high but there there are a flight of stairs on teh second floor. Perception filter hiding the 3rd floor. The concept of hidden rooms and floors through perception filters and the idea that everything you see is not what it seems is used significantly in this series

I think that the Doctor is put into the Pandorica, there are two tardises (if thats a word) the big bang happens on Amy's wedding date and this is all a dream being dreamt by young Amelia, who is getting dreams and reality mixed up and time loops. Maybe Sutekh is behind it? Maybe Omega

I'd just ;ike to mention that after these eps, if you look in the sky in vampires in venice story then you will see a crack and it is not the sun, also, at the end of this ep, if you look at the tardis key hole on its side, then that looks like a crack, and in cold blood, the doctor pulls out a peice of the tardis from possibly when the tardis explodes in a future episode? Oh No, we cant have that! Its another 'bad wolf' scenario.

@shadowsean2009 The doctor explained the cracks as two points in time and space that should never have met, so I'm thinking that first crack just connected Amelia's bedroom to the prison, while the other cracks connected to the fire at the end of the universe (mentioned by the doctor in Flesh and Stone). However, it definately seems odd that only the first crack connected somewhere else. Perhaps we're missing something...

I've got it! When the doctor regenerated the explosion cracked the screen and keyhole. Behind the screen is the time vortex/heart of the tardis, so the other end of the crack is somewhere else in time. The crack is moving in the time vortex. As for the keyhole, when the Doctor was reaching into the crack, instead of reaching into the crack he was reaching to the outside of the tardis! Sorted!
Do you think the Doctor gets pulled into the cracks? Look back to the Flesh and Stone episode... The doctor tells Amy that she has to remember what he told her when he first met her (you know when he comes back with his jacket on). Do you reckon he said this because he has being taken by the cracks and the only way she can stop him from being removed from history is to remember what he said? (Just like Rory) It's kinda hinted at when he pulls the rubble of the Tardis from the crack itself :)

I've got it! When the doctor regenerated the explosion cracked the screen and keyhole.
