@CarmageddonHero In all honesty, no. At level 26, you probably won't have enough health to even survive the first few bosses, Leon or Brandon. I tried Brandon at level 20-something, still didn't make it. By then I had the "bright" idea to actually level-grind to at least 30 or 40 before even thinking of taking on Brandon.

@jacoblgames To tame Snowflake, enter her enclosure after you kill Ted and check the upper ledges for some steaks. Grab a few of the steaks and put them between you and Snowflake. As she comes at you, she'll stop and eat the steak, healing her health. Three steaks, and she's yours. Keep her protected while she eats though. Zombies can interrupt her nomming.
