Kennywood leaves this open all the time for families to place their picnic lunches in the picnic area to be eaten later in the day. The park leaves people to their honor to not cheat the system. They have done this since the Park's inception. For the most part it has worked well on multiple fronts. Most people return and pay for entrance, and very few people lose their lunches to others.

The park is considered Private Property from closing (11PM or 12AM) until it opens to the public at 11:00AM. Until those gates to the public open it is private property. What would have happened if Bubba got hurt. LAWSUIT.
Wow, how incredibly stupid. I wonder if they were arrested and charged with trespassing. I love going to the theme/amusement parks especially when something new opens, but it certainly isn't worth it to me to trespass just to be the first to ride.
They were offered a deal, they opened the next day with written statements they read over the air apologizing for their actions and thanking them for not pressing charges. HAHA well Beaker didn't write anything cause he didn't think he had to, he didn't think they were talking to him as well LOL. I don't know what came of it cause I just learned about it today haha.

1. there are more then 2 buttons on the control paddle
2. if security saw them on the stares they would of rain in and stop them.
3. you prob need a key or something to make the ride go.
4. notice they did not show the security guard on the end of the ride.
5. how did the guy get in the hallway im sure it was locked or wood of bean looked.
